Scoring:

  • Add up your total score (max 75 points).

Interpretation:

  • 61–75 – You have a strong growth mindset! Keep challenging yourself and sharing your mindset with others.

  • 46–60 – You’re developing a growth mindset. Reflect on areas where you feel fixed and commit to progress.

  • 30–45 – You may have some fixed mindset beliefs. That’s okay! Awareness is the first step to change.

  • Below 30 – This is a great starting point. With intentional work, you can shift your mindset over time.
