Instructions: Answer each question honestly based on how you usually feel or behave. Use the following scale:

1 – Strongly Disagree
2 – Disagree
3 – Neutral
4 – Agree
5 – Strongly Agree

Section 1: Self-Perception & Self-Worth

Section 4: Action & Personal Growth

  4. I believe in my ability to learn new skills and improve over time.

  5. I keep moving forward even after experiencing failure or rejection.

 

Scoring & Interpretation

  • 80 – 100 points: High Confidence – You have strong self-belief and handle challenges well. Keep reinforcing your confidence habits!

  • 60 – 79 points: Moderate Confidence – You have a solid foundation but may struggle in some areas. Focus on developing positive self-talk and stepping out of your comfort zone.

  • 40 – 59 points: Low Confidence – You experience self-doubt and may avoid challenges. Work on identifying negative thought patterns and practicing small confidence-building actions.

  • Below 40 points: Very Low Confidence – Self-doubt may be holding you back significantly. Consider deeper self-reflection and structured coaching to build confidence step by step.

 

Next Steps

  • Identify your lowest-scoring areas and set small goals to improve them.

  • Practice daily confidence-building habits (affirmations, posture, self-kindness).

Work with a coach or mentor for guidance and support.
